Pricing

Pricing in Heartwood is depends on two things:

• Base price
• Billing interval

Each module will have its own base price which corresponds to the cost per user per month. The number of paid seats for an individual module can be different to others allow you to purchase the seats you need for your team.

There are three available billing intervals to choose from:

• Monthly: Corresponds to base price
• Quarterly: 10% discount applied to the base price
• Annually: 20% discount applied to the base price

Complete cost for the number of users for your desired modules can be seen within Heartwood with all prices including VAT.

Discounts

• Academic: 50% discount will be applied across all modules with an email that contains .edu or .ac.

Module base prices

All of these modules should be considered as beta-access and prices will be lower during this period.
